About Boho
Experience soulful hospitality with the BoHo Crew — stay, relax, and connect in nature’s beauty. Genuine warmth, artful spaces, and peaceful vibes await.

How we started
Boho Experience was born in a time of silence. When my income came to a complete standstill during the corona period, I chose to open the farmhouse to guests. It was all or nothing. I lived in a caravan in the garden myself, while slowly planting the seeds of something new.
With the help of volunteers, I insulated the summer house with raw sheep’s wool. My dear friend Marc Adema took on the renovation. I discovered beautiful details and materials, and he turned them into something unique. The volunteers came and went, often staying for longer periods, leaving behind not only their work but also their energy, weaving their stories into the fabric of this place.
In time, Sam joined, a close friend and co-manager, who helped bring everything to its current form. What started out of necessity has blossomed into Boho Experience, a home shaped by friendship, creativity, and the many hands and hearts that have passed through.
We continue to welcome people who feel drawn to this way of living. For those who would like to contribute, we are always open to volunteers who wish to stay for a minimum of eight weeks, becoming part of the rhythm and community of Boho Experience.
As Boho Experience continues to grow, we are also looking for a part-time manager to help carry this place forward and support its next chapter.
The Team
At the heart of Boho Experience is a small but vibrant team. There’s me , though I’m often traveling , and our co-manager Sam: who run the place with joy and dedication.
Alongside him, we usually welcome three volunteers at a time. They come from all over the world, contributing 25 hours a week in exchange for food and accommodation. Each volunteer brings a unique talent: Bryanne is going to building a bridge, Eve designed beautiful tiles for all the bathrooms, Axl , only 17, leads the cleaning team, and Georgia created an irrigation system and now takes care of the vegetable garden. We encourage everyone to share their skills and passions, so they not only gain experience but also leave a lasting trace of their creativity here.
And of course, our animal family is part of the team too: twelve free-ranging chickens in the meadow, our two sweet cats Frommel and Nada.
Boho Experience keeps evolving with every person and every paw that joins us , a place shaped by friendship, creativity, and the joy of building something together.
