1. Reservation and Payment

A reservation is only confirmed after successful payment via our website.

You will receive a booking confirmation by email.

2. Cancellation by the Guest

– Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation with full refund.

– Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 50% refund.

– Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@boho-experience.nl.

3. Changes by the Guest

Minor changes (such as arrival time or number of guests) are possible up to 2 days

(English Below)

before arrival, depending on availability.

For major changes, the cancellation policy above applies.

4. Cancellation or Changes by Boho Experience

In the event of force majeure (such as serious damage to the accommodation or

other unforeseen circumstances), we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In

such a case, you will receive a full refund.

5. Check-in & Check-out

– Check-in from 4:00 PM (or earlier upon request for business bookings)

– Check-out by 11:00 AM (weekends)

We will personally welcome you upon arrival.

6. House Rules

• No parties or loud voices outside – we are not a party location, as we live close to

our neighbors

– No music outdoors out of respect for our neighbors, the community, and guests in

the adjacent house

– Jacuzzi and sauna use until 10:00 PM

– Quiet hours from 11:00 PM (soft chatting by the fire is fine, but please move inside

if asked)

– Only registered guests may stay overnight

– Pets are not allowed, as we have two free-roaming cats

– Please respect the land, the countryside silence, and the on-site community

– Keep the gate clear at all times; do not park on the roadside. Each house has 3

parking spaces. Additional cars can park along the field (3rd street on the right after

the bridge, near the bottle banks)

7. Liability

Your stay is at your own risk. We are not liable for damage, loss, theft, or injury

unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

Any damage to the property or interior must be reported immediately. We will

resolve it together, reasonably.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is used solely for processing your booking and stay.

9. Extra Services

Additional services such as massages, workshops, or dinners are optional and

subject to availability.

Some services may be canceled in the event of force majeure or unforeseen

circumstances. Of course, we will inform you in time.

10. Final Provisions

By making a reservation through our website, you agree to these terms and

conditions.
