Getting around BoHo Experience
We are located in Kockengen, a peaceful village between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Free parking is available on-site, and public transport is within reach, the nearest train station is Breukelen ( 4 minutes by car, 10 by bike and a 20 minutes walk). The area is perfect for walking, cycling and enjoying the Dutch countryside. Bring your bike or rent one nearby (200 meter from our house +31628129598) to explore nature at your own pace.
The bus goes ones per hour during weekdays between 7.00 - 18.30. On Saturday 8.30 - 17.30. Need help with directions or planning your trip? Just let us know, we’re happy to help!

BoHo Experience is located in Kockengen, a charming village between Amsterdam and Utrecht.
The area is surrounded by green fields, quiet dykes and small canals, perfect for walking, cycling or simply doing nothing at all.
Please not; we are not a party place. We live too close to our sweet neighbours.
Looking for a day out?
- Breukelen: A historic town with lovely cafés and shops (10 min)
- Loenen aan de Vecht: Beautiful river views and architecture ( 15 min)
- Utrecht: Bustling city centre with canals, culture and shopping (15 min)
- Amsterdam: World-famous sights and museums (20 min)
You’ll find the peace of nature and the buzz of the city within reach.
Other things to note
- Our check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out is before 11:00.
- If you have an early meeting or wish to stay longer on the day of departure, you can book our Barn as a private meeting or work space. Please email us for availability. cost: €300 per day or part of the day.
- Free parking is available on-site. Summerhouse 4 cars, Farmhouse 3 between the hedge and the front of the farmhouse
- . Extra cars can be parked at the Nijverheidsweg , 3th street at the right after the bridge on the side of the field
- We’re located in the countryside, bring comfortable shoes or rent a bike to explore the area.
- Don’t forget to bring slippers and a bathrobe for the wellness.
- Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00.
- Please note: BoHo Experience is a place of rest, reflection and connection, ideal for those seeking peace and simplicity. We are absolutely not a party place as we are living close to our friendly neighbours. This means no music outside, wellness use between 8.00 - 22.00 and it has to be silent outside after 23.00.

BEAUTIFUL home; the pictures do no justice. There was eclectic art everywhere and chic little surprises throughout. Incredible garden and outdoor patio.
It felt like worlds away from Amsterdam but was only a 25-35 minute drive, and gave a great peek at the countryside. As is common for old homes, a few things did not work but if you are easygoing then it shouldn’t be a problem :)

I spent the weekend here with my adult kids and partners, and we had a wonderful time. The outdoor kitchen and the cozy fireplace on the veranda made our evenings really special, and the jacuzzi was such a treat—we used it several times a day. We also loved the large garden with its many spots to sit, relax, and eat, surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. The interior was equally lovely. Nicolette was a wonderful host and made everything easy and welcoming. We’d love to come back—highly recommended!
